What exactly is mindfulness ?

Understanding the three componets of mindfullness can help you too stay mindfull throught the time .The three componets are :


1. Intention : Your intention is what to hope you get of practising mindfulness


2. Attention : Mindfulness is about to pay attention to your inner experience.


3. Attitude : Mindfulness involves paying attention to certain attitudes such as curiosity,acceptance and kindness.


Some examples that can help you to stay mindfull throught the day are the following:


Have a morrning practise

Set an attention and write it down

Slowly add mindfullness bells

Review at the end of your day


So how can i practice mindfulness to reduce anxiety ?


1.Focus at one thing at a time

2.Go for a walk

3.Colour
